Semarang – A proud achievement was made by the student from the Undip’s nurse profession education program, Icha Khaerunnisa, who won the title of female’s favorite in the selection of the 2022 Language Ambassador for Banten Province.
Icha, as she is affectionately called, the nurse profession student of batch 40 won the title after competing with dozens of other finalists in the final round of the 2022 language ambassador selection for Banten Province, which was held on Wednesday-Thursday (13-14 July 2022) at the Pamulang University Auditorium, Viktor Campus, South Tangerang City, Banten Province.
The selection of language ambassadors aims to select representatives of the younger generation who are the spearheads of implementing Trigatra Bangun Bahasa in Banten Province. This event is held annually by involving the Banten Province Language Ambassadors Association and various Language Agency partners, such as universities and related government agencies.
This year, it was recorded that around 450 participants took part in a series of selections that began in March 2022. The final round was attended by 30 participants from 8 cities and regencies in Banten Province.
The participants were students from various public and private universities, including Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Binus University, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Diponegoro University, Semarang State University, Pamulang University and several colleges in Banten Province.
